In a solo spa setting, you are my only focus. There are no crowded waiting rooms, no overlapping appointments, and no rotating staff. From the moment you walk in, you have my undivided attention in a private, quiet sanctuary. This allows us to build a consistent relationship where your treatment is truly customized to how your face and body feel each time you visit.
What makes a "Solo Spa" experience different?
For those looking to "retrain" the muscles and maintain a sculpted, relaxed look, I recommend a session every 3–4 weeks. However, even a one-time visit can provide a significant nervous system reset.
How often should I come in for tension relief?
Yes, but timing is key! To ensure your safety and the integrity of your injectables, I require a minimum of 2 weeks after Botox for fine lines, and 3 months after Botox in the Masseter muscles for pain relief.
Is Buccal Massage safe if I have had Botox or Fillers?
Not at all. The treatment is deeply relaxing and performed with the utmost care and professional hygiene. Most clients find the release so profound that they drift off to sleep.
I’ve never had an intra-oral treatment. Is it uncomfortable?
Yes. While I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, many of my clients find that manual work on the muscles of mastication (the chewing muscles) provides immense relief from the "heavy" or "tight" feeling associated with daily stress and clenching.
Does it help with jaw tightness?
Buccal massage is a specialized technique where the muscles of the lower face are worked both externally and internally (inside the mouth). It allows for a level of tension release and muscle sculpting that traditional facials simply cannot reach.
